br /br /Location: Brusselsbr /br /br /Start: ASAPbr /br /br / br /br /br /About the rolebr /br /br / br /br /br /We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Data Analytics to lead Business Intelligence and data analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Agile project management, a deep understanding of BI reporting systems, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.br /br /br / br /br /br /Key responsibilitiesbr /br /br /br /Agile project management:br /br /br /br /Lead BI reporting projects with cross-functional project teamsbr /br /Oversee project scoping, resource planning, budgeting, and financial tracking (cross-charging)br /br /Manage the full system development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery and validationbr /br /Facilitate Agile delivery activities: sprints, standups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviewsbr /br /br /br /IT change release management:br /br /br /br /Coordinate and drive execution of change requests across deployed reporting systemsbr /br /Manage production releases with a structured and risk-conscious approachbr /br /Ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) activities are properly planned and executed, including testing and documentation updatesbr /br /Support system documentation and user acceptance testingbr /br /br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Preferred qualificationsbr /br /br /br /7+ years of experience managing IT projects in data analytics or BI, ideally within a regulated (GxP) industrybr /br /Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint planningbr /br /Familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI is required; knowledge of Veeva (especially Source Quality Vault) is a plusbr /br /Solid understanding of BI reporting concepts (star schemas, database models, medallion architecture, etc.)br /br /Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulatory expectationsbr /br /Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with both business and technical stakeholdersbr /br /Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skillsbr /br /Proficiency in written and spoken Englishbr /
