Senior IT Business Analyst

Context
We are transforming our Neocase HR portal to enhance the employee experience, streamline HR service delivery, and leverage AI-driven capabilities.
We are seeking an HR Portal Optimization Specialist to ensure new features are implemented effectively, thoroughly tested, and aligned with standardized HR service processes.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Optimization:
Validate the new portal interface, conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborate with development and HR teams to ensure smooth adoption.
Chatbot Enablement:
Translate HR business needs into test scenarios, execute tests, and deliver readiness assessments with actionable recommendations.
AI Search & Content Management:
Test AI-powered search functionality, recommend content structure improvements, and ensure permissions and governance support accurate, relevant results.
HR Service Delivery Standardization:
Support the creation of a comprehensive HR service catalog, streamline onboarding for new HR services, and optimize content management processes to reduce manual effort.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience
Deep understanding of HR service delivery processes
Experience with HR technology or service delivery platforms (Neocase experience a strong plus)
Proven experience in testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), or quality assurance
Ability to translate business requirements into testable scenarios and actionable insights
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement
Excellent collaboration skills across HR, IT, and development teams
Project management experience
Desirable
Familiarity with AI search, chatbots, or digital assistant technologies
Experience standardizing HR services or implementing HR service catalogs
