Key Responsibilities
Portfolio, Programme and Project Support
- Provide administrative support to project boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
- Use recommended portfolio, programme and project control tools for planning, scheduling and tracking
- Set up and maintain project documentation
- Prepare, compile and distribute reports
- Provide guidance on project management methods, tools, processes and best practices
Organisational Capability Developme

- Identify opportunities for improvement in skills, processes and technologies
- Conduct maturity and performance assessments
- Analyse organisational strengths and weaknesses
- Prioritise improvement initiatives and plan their implementation

IT Transition and Assura

- Contribute to the development of Service Transition strategies, plans and policies
- Provide Transition Planning and Support guidance to programmes and projects
- Ensure transition activities are planned and executed in a timely manner
- Review and update project proposals to include transition planning and support activities
- Support the Senior Transition and Assurance Manager in developing strategies and templates

Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience
- Alternatively, a minimum of 6 years of progressive and relevant professional experience may compensate for the absence of a university degree
Experi
ence
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Service Management within a medium to large organisation
- Extensive experience in Service Transition Management across multiple industries
- Proven ability to advise on Service Management and Service Improvement practices
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in risk assessment and corrective action planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including senior-level report
ing
Desirable Experience
- Experience working in an international environment, both civilian and/or military
- Knowledge of NATO structures and responsibilities, including ACO and
ACT
Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification
