SAP IBP Consultant – Accenture Belgium

Your job

As an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) consultant or manager, you will lead projects by engaging with business stakeholders, translating their needs into maximum value and delivering solutions that integrate with S/4HANA. You will guide a team in designing, configuring, testing and guiding deliverables to go‑live, and work across the full supply‑chain spectrum—from demand planning to finance integration.

You will manage project scope, resources and finance, mitigate risks, and build client relationships. Depending on seniority, you may also coach junior colleagues and participate in business development and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a leading university or business school or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of hands‑on SAP IBP experience
• At least 2 full life‑cycle implementations (estimating, planning, delivering end‑to‑end)
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC projects (S/4HANA is a key plus)
• Stakeholder management within complex SAP programs
• Enthusiasm for SAP, innovation and latest technologies
• Team‑player mindset and a passion for coaching and knowledge sharing
• Motivated, persistent, and driven for excellence
• Fluent in English; written and spoken Dutch or French is mandatory
• Preferred: SAP Certified Associate – SAP IBP for Supply Chain
• Highly valued: experience with recent SAP IBP MRO functionality
