Responsibilities

Your job description details the following aspects of the role:

Within Accenture you are challenged to be the best version of yourself at our clients’ projects. This means you lead projects by actively engaging with the business and translating their needs to create maximum value in the end product. You will be working with the latest technologies available in the industry like SAP S/4HANA.

As SAP PP/QM expert, you will help clients to shape, design and deliver solutions in S/4HANA, and drive your team in challenging projects. By methodically engaging with the business in an interactive way, you get a better understanding of their processes and (re)design and improve them, in manufacturing (PP) and/or quality management (QM) to a broad sense covering production planning, engineering and execution in different models (MTO/MTS/ETO/ETS) including the quality planning, inspection and improvement operations. At the different clients you will be responsible for delivery of your team’s deliverables: define, analyze and implement business processes, configure SAP and possible integrations, test and guide the deliverables towards the go-live.

Depending on your career trajectory:

You are an expert in manufacturing and / or quality management process and can lead your team to reach projects targets and milestones. You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues and provide constructive feedback.

You can manage a team and different project stakeholders and know how to maximize efficiency. With your SAP knowledge and skills in project management, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships. You have developed project management experience that enable you to follow up activities, resources and financials related to your scope and manage risk and issues with your client.

Besides projects related activities, depending on your seniority, you will also be involved in business development and sales activities within Accenture and you are able to drive for new initiatives and innovation topics.

Qualifications - Your Background

• At least 3 years of SAP experience in Manufacturing and / or Quality Management processes and solutions
• Good overview of manufacturing processes in SAP and its peripheric integration including with non-SAP applications; shop-floor execution / MES , supply chain/ logistics, engineering/PLM, document management, finance impacts, master data and its migration, etc.
• Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP manufacturing and/or quality management processes in different context (MTO, MTS, ATO, ETO…) and industries
• Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience on SAP Projects in ECC or S/4HANA (S/4HANA experience is considered as a key plus)
• Depending on seniority, experience in project management including client stakeholder interaction
• Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Open to travel as part of your project assignment.
• Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Language requirements: Our internal communication language is English, fluent in the country languages Dutch or French (with a basic understanding of the other country language).
• Considered a plus is having the relevant certificate: SAP Certified Associate - Production Planning and Manufacturing or SAP Certified Associate – Quality Management
