We are currently looking for a Part-Time (50%) Administration & Invoicing Officer to support our Finance team based in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
Centralize and process purchase invoices for all Access Group entities
Manage the invoice approval process
Prepare payments
Prepare sales invoices
Handle various administrative tasks
Assist with ad-hoc analyses and projects
This is a part-time position (50%), ensuring flexibility while allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the Finance team.
Your Profile
Degree in Office management/Executive Secretaryship or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Highly organized and detail-focused
Strong command of English (working language) and French
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
