is looking for his client an HR Process Analyst
As an HR Process Analyst you help improve our HR processes, making them simpler, clearer, and more effective. You are the person who understands processes in depth, optimizes them, and ensures together with HR and IT that everything runs smoothly.
What will be your role ?
As an HR Process Analyst your main responsibilities are to:
- Work closely with the HR Process Manager to embed a continuous improvement philosophy and constantly look for ways to enhance the quality of our services.
- Optimize processes while considering their impact on applications and data.
- Ensure processes are simple and efficient, so everyone clearly understands what is expected.
- Define, analyze, and improve KPIs, and challenge existing KPIs set by Process Owners where needed.
- Support Process Owners during internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations.
- Disseminate documentation and information to ensure processes are applied uniformly and consistently across all entities.
Conformity Criteria :
- Master's degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Trained BPMN professional
- Trained change management professional (ADKAR)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process management, process modelling or process reengineering
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English (minimum B2 for all 3)
Evaluation criteria :
- Knowledge of HR processes: know and understand the main HR processes (L3 level)
Skills & competences :
- Functional analysis: the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases
- Analytical thinking: the ability to breakdown a high level problem statement or business requirement into details
- Problem Solving: the ability to identify, analyse and refine complex problem statements and generate and design possible solutions using different problem solving techniques
- Process modelling: the ability to create visual representations of business processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and communication within organizations.
- Functional knowledge of SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors: know and understand the datamodel and the functional possibilities and limitations of these systems.
