📌 Project Details

• Service: On-site notetaking during a high-level event
• Location: Brussels, Belgium (on-site only)
• Dates: February–March 2026
• Assignment type: Freelance, on-site collaboration
• Domain: Technical and policy-level discussions related to innovation, technology, and industry trends

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in notetaking or transcription during conferences, workshops, or policy events
• Ability to capture and summarize complex discussions clearly and accurately
• Background combining technical understanding (e.g. engineering, industrial technology, innovation management, or digital transformation)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and 5.0 concepts (human–machine collaboration, circular economy, smart factories, ethical technology deployment)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to extract key insights, decisions, and next steps
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
