Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the System Integrator (SI) delivery team.
• Coordinate with other SI partner teams to deliver all master data-related deliverables.
• Develop data migration and cutover plans from the client’s perspective in collaboration with the SI’s Data Lead.
• Lead regular cadence meetings with the business to align priorities with the SI team.
• Oversee the SAP migration process for Plant, Material, and Customer objects, engaging with third-party integrators, technical teams, and end users.
• Represent and act on behalf of the client throughout the data migration lifecycle.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience with full SAP implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
• Proven expertise in SAP master data migration planning, cutover strategy, and data validation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG configurations, replication configurations, and ERP table structures.
• Familiarity with customization of MDG workflows and Floor Plan Manager (FPM); technical knowledge required though hands-on execution is not part of this role.

Desirable Skills:

• Strong leadership in driving data migration from the client’s perspective.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions on behalf of the client.
