We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to help manage the logistics and planning of advanced cell therapy treatments across the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission that directly impacts patients and their families.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the key logistics contact for treatment centers and commercial teams in your region.
- Coordinate the scheduling and secure transport of sensitive patient materials.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, collaborating with carriers and internal distribution teams.
- Ensure full compliance with identity and custody protocols.
- Support planning for manufacturing and cryopreservation slots.
- Assist in certifying new treatment sites through training and logistics test runs.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the rollout of new systems.
- Track and report performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
✅ What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service within a regulated industry (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Familiarity with quality systems, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
