Process Improvement Engineer (Permanent)

For our customer in Kortenberg we are looking for a Business Process Engineer. Together with the European team, you will be analyzing the existing processes and defining the best practices and contribute to a successful roll-out and maintenance of the new ERP system and other systems for providing services to our customers. Investigating and analyzing current business processes, procedures and requirements and mapping them to SharePoint; Identification and assessment of potential risks in business processes and development of risk mitigation strategies; Re-engineering and optimization of business processes and shaping new process policies; Participate in and hold meetings to perform incremental agile software development framework when managing product development; Support to evaluate and test administrative system changes to provide ongoing support to existing applications and implement new applications; Staying updated with new software features and industry trends and educating people in the group. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Systems Management, or a related field; Several years of experience in business process analysis and optimization; Accuracy and care in the analysis and documentation of processes; Language skills in English mandatory. Excellent knowledge of Business Process Modeling, Business Process; Knowledge in using SharePoint for mapping business; Data Analysis Tools: Skills in using tools like Excel or Power BI for analyzing; business data and visualizing process flows Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA public cloud; Understanding and applying agile methodologies for software development and project management; Software Testing: Experience in professional software testing and quality assurance; Experience in Project Management and related Software is an advantage: Programming Languages: A basic understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or C# can be advantageous; We offer a motivated and dynamic team where team spirit is key.
