Service Desk Support (French speaking)


On-Site Support &##128205; Start Date: ASAP &##Languages: French & English required (Dutch is a plus) &##Driver’s License: Are you an experienced IT support professional with a hands-on mindset and a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a On-Site Support (with some System Administration). &##Act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing responsive and professional technical support. Manage incidents, service requests , and follow Service Desk best practices. Work closely with global colleagues to meet SLAs and ensure service continuity. Opportunity to participate in or lead IT improvement projects . Provide occasional standby/on-call support (1 week every 2 weeks) – with extra allowance. &##Previous experience in a similar IT support or system admin role . Solid knowledge of: Microsoft Office/O365 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage across teams and stakeholders. : Fluent in French and English (at least professional) . Dutch is a plus. A real team player with a calm, solutions-focused attitude.
