Project Manager

Our client, an innovative and forward-thinking creative agency within the branding and design industry, is seeking a Project Manager (M/F/X) to lead and oversee multiple design and branding projects.

They are looking for a highly organized professional who can juggle responsibilities, drive collaboration among teams, and ensure deliverables are met with exceptional attention to detail and quality.

As a Project Manager (M/F/X) , you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects move efficiently, deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded. From planning and budgeting to monitoring project progress and coordinating resources, your ability to stay agile in a flexible, fast-paced environment will set you up for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities as a project manager (M/F/X):

• Project Management: Oversee and drive branding and design projects, ensuring timelines, scopes, and deliverables align with business goals.
• Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, client updates, meeting schedules, and project to-do lists.
• Resource Coordination: Act as the liaison between internal teams, freelancers, suppliers, and clients to streamline processes and ensure resource alignment.
• Event & Logistics Support: Organize and coordinate events, photoshoots, trips, and other on-site executions (valid driver's license required).
• Site Monitoring: Conduct regular visits to worksites throughout Belgium, maintaining project quality and progress while addressing any arising issues proactively.
• Budget Oversight: Assist in project planning, budgeting, and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.

Qualifications We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical skills and soft skills to ensure efficiency, creativity, and exceptional outcomes:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken) to navigate Belgium's diverse market effectively.
• Driver's License & Mobility: You're ready to travel across Belgium for site visits or last-minute road missions.
• Flexibility: Dynamic and open-minded about adapting to different work modes-intensive project periods balanced with available downtime.
• Solution-Oriented Mindset: You view challenges as opportunities, solving issues proactively and with creativity.
• Detailed Organization: You're highly structured and thrive on using tools, lists, and processes to stay ahead.
• Positive Energy: You're a team player who inspires and motivates others, ensuring a collaborative and upbeat atmosphere.
• Fast Learner: You're resourceful and comfortable learning new tools, processes, or techniques to tackle unique challenges.
