We empower people to create powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pBased in bAmsterdam or Brussels /b, the Enterprise Architecture team advises Adobe clients, including CIOs and CTOs, on improving customer experience and digital innovation. The role involves conducting architecture assessments, leading reference architecture discussions, creating solution vision, crafting roadmaps, and offering impactful recommendations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategy Planning – partner with DX Account Executives to define overall account strategy and design an impact roadmap. /li liDefine customer architecture achievements, collaborate on Technical Case, assist Solution Architects. /li liAccount Management – build trusted advisor relationships with customer CIO/CTO/CDO organizations. /li liClient Management – act as a senior trusted advisor covering the entire end‑to‑end customer journey. /li /ul h3Primary Accountabilities /h3 ul liAssess current customer situation and goals; develop future vision with IT roadmap; build solutions tailored to requirements using Adobe solutions. /li liArchitecture Oversight – advise on post‑sales value realization and technical guidance throughout post‑sales. /li liArchitecture Review – provide ongoing reviews and clarify new requirements to build client‑vendor relationship. /li liDevelop long‑term strategy for roadmap, provide industry insights, and align client needs with Adobe solutions. /li /ul h3What You'll Need to Succeed /h3 ul liBroad knowledge of Adobe DX solutions and deep knowledge in key domains (customer journey management, data management, implementation integrations, personalization, analytics). /li liDeep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns. /li liLeadership and project management skills to align sales resources in EMEA. /li liHigh‑level advising skills at the CxO level and strong relationships with executive architects. /li liSkilled in crafting technical roadmaps and integrating complex enterprise technologies at scale. /li /ul h3Job Specific Competencies Skills /h3 ul liPresales consulting experience in the Adobe ecosystem. /li liStrong technical knowledge of Adobe Digital Experience solutions. /li liProfessional experience in technical roles. /li liSuccessful EA engagements. /li liTOGAF qualified – highly desirable. /li liExpert knowledge of end‑to‑end processes and solution matching. /li liDesign Thinking experience. /li liExperience in sales and sales processes. /li liExcellent presentation and communication skills in English and Dutch. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pAdobe is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
