Business Analyst – HR Core Systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
Location: Brussels (occasional travel to Berlin)
Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Portage)
Hours: Full time working hours
Duration: Initial contract until 31st January 2026
A leading European organization in the energy sector is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of its HR Core systems. This role is part of a broader digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing HR operations through SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze, model, and validate business processes and requirements.
- Drive process harmonization and system optimization using SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central + 2 additional modules).
- Identify and resolve system issues through root cause analysis and cross-team coordination.
- Conduct data analysis to ensure high data quality and operational efficiency.
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Validate technical specifications and support testing and user acceptance processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions with HR teams.
- Advise on product backlog prioritization and continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR-related projects.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central + at least 2 other modules).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
- Experience with SAP HR and Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
- Background in process design and user-centric analysis.
Additional Requirements:
- For non-EU candidates: valid Belgian work and residence permits are required.
