Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid, 2/3 days a week in person)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap grounded in realistic milestones.
• Partner with executive leadership to synchronize program outcomes with organizational goals.
• Work closely with IT to embed digital solutions across functions.
• Oversee a suite of cross-functional initiatives alongside project leads and other stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate high-level steering committees and equivalent governance forums.
• Guide project teams to deliver on targets within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive change-management activities, including crafting the narrative, designing communications, and assessing impacts.
• Maintain transparent reporting on risks, progress, and outcomes to keep all stakeholders informed.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of proven experience in project and program management.
• Educational background in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or comparable professional experience.
• Prior exposure to controls or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder-management abilities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for digitalization and IT collaboration.
• Multilingual proficiency (Dutch, French, English).
