Your Mission

Join the
Front Office team
and collaborate with Key Account Managers to:

• Update and manage connection contracts
• Support technical analyses for connection requests and incidents
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with speed and precision
• Ensure accurate customer data management
• Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives

Your Profile

• Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Commercial Engineering
• 0–3 years of experience
• Fluent in
  Dutch or French
  , with good knowledge of the other language and
  English
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and organizational skills
