ICT Systems Officer (SCCM)

Duration: Initial 6 months contract

Workload: Full time hours

Setup: Freelance (Daily rate / Limited Company / Umbrella / Sole Trader)

Location: Seraing, Belgium (on-site with some remote flexibility)

We’re looking for an experienced ICT Systems Officer with deep SCCM expertise to support and evolve the client’s Workplace team in a global IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimise System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Create system images and software deployment packages
• Manage updates for PCs and servers
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
• Maintain CMDB and generate tracking reports
• Handle Level 2 incident and change requests
• Update IT procedures and drive continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
• SCCM expertise or equivalent experience
• Fluent French and strong English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in:
• Office 2021, Microsoft 365
• Windows 10 & 11
• Active Directory & Azure AD
• Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
• PC hardware and peripherals

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Intune, ITIL, Windows Server, Group Policy, Atlassian suite, basic networking
• Strong communication, autonomy, and a pragmatic, service-oriented mindset
