Senior Data & AI Engineer – Dutch-Speaking

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex, end-to-end Data & AI projects, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Design, architect, and deploy scalable AI solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, and ML pipelines.
• Transform real-time streams and advanced AI models into production-grade solutions for clients in telecom, finance, retail, manufacturing, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and engineers to deliver innovative outcomes.
• Provide technical thought leadership, establish best practices, and mentor junior and medior colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience delivering Data & AI solutions, including leading technical teams or projects.
• Expert in Python, with strong experience on at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proven track record in architecting and deploying AI solutions, including familiarity with LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed, combined with hybrid working arrangements.
