Your Responsibilities

• Product Development:
  Design, specify, and test new products and updates for profitability and alignment with customer needs
• Collaboration:
  Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and proactively identify bottlenecks
• Practical Translation:
  Turn complex product details into clear processes and communications
• In-Force Management:
  Analyse existing products and propose optimisation initiatives
• Compliance & Documentation:
  Ensure accurate product files, reports, and process flows
• System Updates:
  Guide system adjustments from specification to implementation

Your Profile

• Experience in life insurance with solid knowledge of financial, actuarial, and legal aspects
• Strong analytical thinking, with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and understandable messages
• A collaborative mindset and ease in working with multiple teams
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, SAS, Excel, VBA, Delphi, R, or Python is a plus
