We’re looking for an AI Consultant (NLP & Generative AI) to join an international team developing and scaling secure, large-language-model–based AI solutions for a major European public-sector organisation.

You’ll help move AI use cases from pilot to production, contribute to prompt engineering, and support the industrialisation of AI platforms using modern MLOps tools and techniques.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Design, test & deploy AI pilots and proof-of-concepts 🤖
• Develop and refine prompts for LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Gemma)
• Support production deployment with Python, Kubernetes and CI/CD tools
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Communicate and document technical findings clearly for non-technical users

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field
• 💼 Minimum 4 years of full-time, paid professional experience (excluding internships)
• 🐍 Strong Python skills for AI and data applications
• ⚙️ Experience with containerisation and CI/CD (Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Bamboo, ArgoCD)
• 🧠 Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and LLM APIs
• 💬 Fluent in English and comfortable communicating with both technical and business teams
• 🪪 Valid work permit or EU work authorisation for Belgium

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Kestra, Airflow or DBT
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling and PowerBI/Superset
• Understanding of MLOps testing and quality assurance
