Job Title: Project Manager Assistant

Mission Description: As a Project Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring effective planning and capacity management. You will assist in coordinating project tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support capacity management efforts by analyzing resource availability and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Facilitate meetings and communications among project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Profile Requirements:

Must Have:

• Engineering background with 3–4 years of experience in project or planning assistance.
• Proven experience in maintenance environments, demonstrating an understanding of operational needs.
• Fluent in French (team language) and English (for documentation and broader communication).
• Strong autonomy and the ability to challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project planning tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Planisware or similar project management software.
• Exposure to change management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including their trade-offs.
• Strong soft skills, including adaptability, assertiveness, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and teamwork.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid model: 3 days on-site in Braine, 2 days remote.
• Full-time position.
