Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Your missions

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind one or more strategic projects, from initial concept to final delivery. You will guide your team, align stakeholders, and ensure every step of the journey is completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your role will involve:
Defining project scope, planning, and budgets, turning business needs into clear action plans.

Leading projects through all phases — from design and development to execution and closure — while ensuring results are successfully embedded in the business.

Anticipating risks, managing change, and keeping communication clear and effective at every stage.

Bringing people together, inspiring collaboration, and ensuring stakeholders' expectations are met or exceeded.

Your profile

You are a seasoned project leader with 7–10 years of experience managing complex initiatives from start to finish. You thrive in challenging environments, know how to bring structure to ambitious projects, and have a proven track record of delivering results.

We are looking for someone who combines:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO best practices.

Solid experience in continuous improvement and change management.

The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and diplomacy.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

A proactive mindset: you anticipate risks, propose solutions, and know how to keep a project on track.
