We are partnering with regulated pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics manufacturing organisations across Belgium seeking Senior Freelance Quality Consultants (QC / QA) to support critical compliance and manufacturing quality projects.

This opportunity is strictly for experienced freelance professionals who can operate autonomously in regulated environments and deliver immediate value.

🔎 The Role

You will support high-impact quality initiatives within GMP- and/or HACCP-regulated manufacturing sites, acting as a senior quality representative across QC and/or QA functions.

Scope may include:

Quality Control

• Batch record review and release activities
• Deviation management, OOS/OOT investigations
• Laboratory compliance oversight
• Audit and inspection readiness support
• Ensuring adherence to GMP / food safety / cosmetic regulatory standards''

Quality Assurance

• QA oversight of manufacturing and laboratory operations
• Review and approval of SOPs, change controls, CAPAs
• Risk assessments and quality event management
• Supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits
• Acting as quality point of contact for cross-functional teams

✅ Profile Required

• Senior-level experience in QC and/or QA within pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetics manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of GMP and/or HACCP / relevant regulatory standards
• Proven freelance/contract experience (mandatory)
• Comfortable integrating quickly and working independently
• Fluent English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
• Active freelance status (self-employed or via consultancy)
