Customer Service - International Export

Job Description:

- Prepare quotes and process orders to provide optimal support to the sales department.

- Forward orders to logistics and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Inform customers about their orders and provide administrative support to the commercial field sales team.

- Accurately input data into the management system and handle invoicing.

- Address customer complaints and follow up on invoices for correct financial processing.

- Actively maintain customer information and follow up on complaints to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to further optimize customer service.

Profile:

- Previous experience in an administrative or commercial role is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch with professional proficiency in English.

- Able to work independently and pay attention to detail.

- Remains calm and efficient under pressure and adapts quickly to new situations.

- Understands customer needs and strives to always offer the best service.

- Team player, contributing to a positive working environment.

- Experience with customs and excise procedures for the transport of chemical products is a strong plus.
