We're partnering with a progressive, challenger European law firm, looking for a Lawyer from a Structured Finance environment to join their growing team in Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Advising businesses on a variety of complex financial structures, and credit and lending transactional matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation etc.
• Manage end-to end cross-border transactions, internationally for leading financial institutions.
• Foster a collaborative approach internally across the business and to clients.

Requirements:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, qualified to practice law in Belgium.
• 2+ years experience in banking and finance law, preferably in a renowned law firm.
• As either a native Dutch or French speaker with a strong understanding of the other language.
• You’re fluent in English.
