Infrastructure Manager

We have been retained by our partner in the renewable space to find an internal Infrastructure Manager, to oversee Infrastructure Projects and security project portfolios, roadmap definition, standardisation, and technical solution design, across IT and OT domains.

Responsibilities with also include strategic planning, resource and budget management, project governance, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership:

• Develop and manage the IT Infrastructure & Security Roadmap (€1.5M/year)
• Define and enforce IT infrastructure and security standards (in collaboration with Architecture & Security Officer)
• Validate solution designs created by System Designers
• Ensure effective implementation of infrastructure and security principles

People Management:

• Lead a team of ~20 (Project Managers & System Designers)
• Ensure proper workload planning, motivation, communication, and individual development
• Prioritize team activities aligned with business needs

Project & Budget Management:

• Oversee portfolio of infrastructure and IT security projects
• Manage budget planning and execution
• Supervise project delivery and contractor performance (incl. SLA reviews)

Collaboration & Governance:

• Coordinate with IT Architecture and Security Officer for roadmap alignment
• Represent IT Production in cross-functional planning

Criteria

• French AND Dutch speaking
• 2 day's home working / 3 days onsite
