Senior IAM Functional Analyst – SailPoint (Identity & Access Management)

Mission context

As part of the launch of a project to implement an Identity & Access Governance (IAG) solution, Our client are seeking a Functional Analyst specializing in IAM with proven experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8.4 or equivalent).

You will be involved in all project phases, from functional scoping to go-live, working closely with business, technical, and security teams.

Job Description

• Gather and analyze functional requirements from stakeholders (business, security, IT)
• Define and formalize functional specifications for the SailPoint IIQ solution
• Contribute to the design of the full lifecycle IAG processes
• Collaborate with technical teams for SailPoint IIQ 8.4 configuration and implementation
• Support the integration of target applications (AD, LDAP, business applications, etc.)
• Participate in functional testing strategy and execution (UAT)

Essential Skills (Business & Tech) :

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (version 8.x, especially 8.4)
• Familiar with requirements, specifications and use cases design.
• Strong understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts: - RBAC / ABAC - Identity and access management - Governance and compliance
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
• Familiar with Process modelling and process analysis
• Capable of quickly understanding, analysing and documenting detailed processes in Information Security
• Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects across different business lines
• Languages - French or Dutch & English

Preferable

• Knowledge of access user management on different target systems (Windows/Unix/Mainframe)
• Knowledge of Cloud (IAAS/PAAS solutions)
• Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
• Professional experience in Financial Services
