You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable engaging with all levels of staff, and are adept at balancing productivity needs with employee well-being. Your background combines a solid understanding of HR, regulatory frameworks, and change management, with the ability to design and implement practical, sustainable solutions. Additional certifications in psychosocial risk management, lean management, or similar are highly valued.
About the Role
We are seeking a specialized consultant to conduct an in-depth organizational study for a power plant operating 24/7 production teams. Based on-site in Marchienne-au-Pont, you will be responsible for diagnosing the current operating model, identifying key stress points, and recommending realistic improvements that align with both HR and regulatory constraints.
