Information Management Specialist

We’re Hiring: Information & Document Management Expert –

Brussels, Belgium (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are currently looking for an experienced Information & Document Management Expert to join our team in Brussels. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a major client’s IT team, contributing to enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and cutting-edge digital transformation projects.

What you’ll do:

✔ Apply enterprise architecture frameworks (BPM, UML, ARIS)

✔ Model and optimize business processes (BPMN)

✔ Integrate business & technical architectures

✔ Drive strategy, interoperability & business alignment

✔ Support projects with Agile, RUP, PRINCE2, PM² methodologies

✔ Work with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, HP SMT, RTC

✔ Ensure secure identity, authentication & authorization (OAuth, Open ID, LDAP, AD, IAM)

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Master’s degree in IT (or related) + 11+ years IT experience

🔹 5+ years with Identity Providers, IAM, Business Process Modeling

🔹 Hands-on with Service Management tools (ServiceNow, HP SMT, etc.)

🔹 Project Management frameworks experience (PRINCE2, PM²)

🔹 Knowledge of authentication & authorization protocols

🔹 Strong command of English (French is a plus)

🔹 ServiceNow certifications = big advantage
