Information Management Specialist

We're Hiring: Information & Document Management Expert –

Brussels, Belgium (Onsite/Hybrid)

We are currently looking for an experienced
Information & Document Management Expert
to join our team in Brussels. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a major client's IT team, contributing to enterprise architecture, business process modeling, and cutting-edge digital transformation projects.

What you'll do:

Apply enterprise architecture frameworks (BPM, UML, ARIS)

Model and optimize business processes (BPMN)

Integrate business & technical architectures

Drive strategy, interoperability & business alignment

Support projects with Agile, RUP, PRINCE2, PM² methodologies

Work with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, HP SMT, RTC

Ensure secure identity, authentication & authorization (OAuth, Open ID, LDAP, AD, IAM)

What we're looking for:

Master's degree in IT (or related years IT experience

5+ years with Identity Providers, IAM, Business Process Modeling

Hands-on with Service Management tools (ServiceNow, HP SMT, etc.)

Project Management frameworks experience (PRINCE2, PM²)

Knowledge of authentication & authorization protocols

Strong command of English (French is a plus)

ServiceNow certifications = big advantage
