Associate Director, Clinical Trial Manager

Location: Leuven, Belgium (4 days in office, 1 day from home)Job title: Associate Director, Clinical Trial ManagerReporting into: VP of Clinical OperationsCompany: Top 10 CRO (4,000-5,000 employees)Apsida Life Science is exclusively partnering with a leading global CRO that is looking to appoint an Associate Director, Clinical Trial Manager to be based in London. The Associate Director Clinical Trial Manager will act as the project lead for multiservice full service global clinical trials. The position interacts with sponsors and manages the timeline and all project deliverables.Responsibilities:Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, as defined by the contract and according to ICH/GCP and all other applicable laws, rules, and regulationsServe as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverablesMaintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indicationLead business critical projects Client facingProvide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, which includes ensuring all necessary project-specific training is providedReview and provide input for study protocol, edit check specifications, data analysis plan, and final study report, when applicableDevelop operational project plansManage risk assessment and executionResponsible for management of study vendorManage site quality, including direct supervision of project Clinical Research Associates and monitoring deliverablesWe are looking for:Life science relevant degreeExperience working for a CROExperience in either Oncology, Cardiovascular or GI5+ years in a Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Project Manager position for a full service CRO that is looking to take a step up!What’s on offer:€85,000 - €120,000 per year10% annual bonusLTI, stock optionsStrong healthcare packageAnnual grantsCar allowance, £6,000If you’re interested in learning more, please reach out to Apsida Life Science.info@apsida.comwww.apsida.co.ukApsida Life Science is a specialist recruitment business based in London (UK), Redhill (UK), Boston (USA) Pretoria (South Africa) that is dedicated to delivering the best talent to the Life Science industry.
