Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Are you a specialist in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, driven by improving business processes and enabling high-performance teams?

At Arxus Group, we’re growing fast—with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As our Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role in evolving our CRM and CPQ ecosystem to support high-volume commercial operations and ensure seamless lead-to-order workflows.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will:

• Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to enhance the full Lead-to-Order process—covering Opportunity, Quoting, Contract Management, and CPQ.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure efficient data flow, robust entity modelling, and consistent business rule implementation.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions, driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain a consistent, user-friendly experience across a multi-environment D365 landscape.

You bring:

• 5 to 10 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, ideally in a B2B tech or services environment
• Strong background in business and functional analysis, process optimization, and solution design
• Proficient in creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), defining user stories, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Dataverse
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and CPQ systems
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Fluent in Dutch and English
