Membership Administrator Aspria


We're currently looking for a Membership Services Administrator to help deliver an exceptional member experience.

You'll be at the heart of our club, ensuring a warm first impression and professional support for our members by managing the administrative aspects essential to keeping membership running smoothly.

  • Membership management: You will be responsible for managing the membership process, from initial registration (contract, file management,…) to monitoring monthly payments. You will process membership applications, answer members' questions about their subscription, and be responsible for managing renewals and cancellations.
  • Administration: You will carry out administrative tasks such as record keeping, mail management, member data management, report preparation, invoicing/payment tracking and coordination of membership activities. You will also use IT tools to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of these processes.
  • Internal communication: You will be the essential link between team members and club members. You will relay important information about member satisfaction, special events and updates to team members, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite welcome
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
  • Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
  • Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in accordance with information and correspondence received and dispense change
  • Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department

Your background

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the hospitality or fitness industry
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with members and the team
  • Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
  • Good command of IT tools, including membership management and office software
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible mindset and can-do attitude

  • A fulltime fixed term 38 hours contract as from asap, 19 hours at Aspria Avenue Louise and 19 hours at Aspria Royal la Rasante
