Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from A to Z, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Design and implement
  creative strategies
  to attract top talent through various platforms, tools, and events.
• Build and nurture a
  talent pipeline
  that aligns with both current and future business needs.
• Develop and maintain
  strong partnerships
  within the engineering sector, including universities and professional networks.
• Act as a trusted
  HR partner
  for Business Managers and the HR Lead.
• Write
  engaging and impactful job descriptions
  that stand out in the market.
• Drive
  innovation in sourcing
  , continuously exploring new recruitment trends and technologies.

Your Profile

• Degree in
  Human Resources
  or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience
  in recruitment, ideally in an international or technical environment.
• Fluency in
  English and Dutch
  ; knowledge of
  French
  is a strong asset.
