Real Estate Valuer

For one of our clients, a leading real estate advisory firm with a strong presence in Belgium and across Europe, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Valuer to join their dynamic team. The firm is recognized for its deep market expertise, high-quality advisory services, and trusted relationships with both local and international clients.

Position Overview

As a Real Estate Valuer, you will be responsible for the valuation of a wide range of asset classes, including offices, retail, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use properties. You will deliver accurate, insightful, and well-documented valuation reports in line with professional standards, while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct valuations of commercial real estate assets (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use).
• Prepare clear and comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with Belgian standards and industry best practices.
• Perform market research and analysis, collecting and interpreting property, economic, and financial data.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines such as investment, leasing, and advisory.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional advice and tailored insights.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, regulations, and evolving valuation methodologies.
• Support senior management with client presentations and business development initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• First professional experience in real estate, or a demonstrable keen interest in the sector.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality written reports.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with real estate databases and valuation tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow within a professional advisory environment.
