Are you a hands-on electrical technician ready to make an impact in sustainable energy? Join a fast-growing team in Belgium and be at the forefront of keeping advanced energy storage systems, transformer substations, and smart grid solutions running reliably. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our energy solutions in the field. Performing maintenance and repairs on energy storage systems and substations. Collaborating with support engineers to resolve complex faults. Logging service activity and keeping your service van fully equipped. Identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer support. You’ll travel across Belgium (and occasionally neighboring countries) to provide top-level technical support, making every day dynamic and impactful. Technical education (MBO 4, TSO/BSO, or similar) in Electrical Engineering. ~3+ years of experience in B2B field service or technical support. ~ Knowledge of power electronics is a major plus. ~ VCA VOL and NEN 3140/3840 certified (or willing to obtain). ~ Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage. ~ Flexible with shifts, evenings, weekends, and travel within Belgium and nearby regions. Service van, laptop, and mobile phone. Training, career development, and access to an online learning platform. An informal, friendly, and international work environment with real autonomy.
