Position Overview

We are seeking a high-potential early-career professional—someone with 3 to 5 years of experience—who combines technical curiosity, clinical credibility, and commercial drive. The role demands a true relationship builder, passionate about patient outcomes and eager to make an impact.

You will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and clinical demonstrations to patient trials and long-term account development. You’ll help build trust with CPOs, drive adoption, and grow revenue. This is a strategic field role that requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and readiness for extensive travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Ownership across your territory, including:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively target and engage new prospects via direct outreach, fairs, and industry networking.
  • Product Demonstration & Clinical Trials: Deliver impactful demos, provide technical fitting support, and guide CPOs during patient trials.
  • Account Management & Upsell: Support client adoption with regular visits, workshops, and training.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Adapt proposals to clinic needs and drive revenue while maximizing win rates.
  • CRM, Logistics, and Order Flow: Ensure meticulous CRM entries and coordinate seamlessly with back-office and production.
  • Reimbursement Support: Help CPOs navigate patient reimbursement processes efficiently.


  • Event & Marketing Synergy
  • Represent Axiles Bionics at regional and international trade shows and scientific congresses.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and promote new product launches.


Profile We’re Looking For

🔹 Professional Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales or clinical/technical roles in healthcare, medtech, prosthetics, or biomechanics.

🔹 Educational Background

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Sport & Movement Sciences, Prosthetics & Orthotics, or a closely related technical or clinical field.

🔹 Languages

  • Full professional proficiency in English and at least one additional language is mandatory (depending on territory).
  • Additional languages are a strong plus.

🔹 Mindset & Skills

  • Technically and clinically curious: you want to understand how things work and how to best support CPOs and patients.
  • Proactive and autonomous: you take initiative, learn fast, and work well independently.
  • Adaptable and resilient: you thrive in a fast-moving startup and navigate ambiguity with ease.
  • Sales-driven with a consultative mindset: you understand success requires both commercial skill and clinical credibility.


Travel Requirement

  • Willingness to travel internationally at least 50% of the time, including prospecting trips, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Interview Process

3 interviews with our executive team:

  • 30-minute initial screening
  • 60-minute functional deep dive
  • 90-minute final discussion with the CEO
