Description You manage and implement the complete tendering process for materials, services, and construction works in connection with extensive EPC/EPCM projects, which includes drafting necessary contractual and tendering documents; You develop and execute negotiation strategies aimed at enhancing both commercial and technical aspects, ensuring alignment with the directives of the Procurement Manager; You recognizeand foresee the procurement requirements of project teams, maintaining proactive oversight and consistent communication with internal partners; You foster market competitiveness by creating detailed specifications and collaborating with specialized EPC/EPCM suppliers; You assist inrisk management efforts and ensure adherence to contractual obligations throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your profile Holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Sciences, Applied Economics, or a related field; Is proficientin English, with proficiency in Dutch considered a significant advantage; Brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct procurement, with at least 5 years dedicated to EPC/EPCM projects valued over €100 million; Possesses substantial knowledge of tendering processes, preferably within the industrial or energy domains; Demonstrates exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities, capable of drafting intricate contractual agreements.
