What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example: Drive your own pipeline, meet clients, and close deals
  • Coach & manage: Develop your sales team through active coaching and regular feedback
  • Own performance: Take charge of team targets, client success, and commercial outcomes
  • Hunt for growth: Spot new opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and expand our footprint
  • Collaborate: Work across teams and geographies to shape and implement business strategy
  • Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends and client challenges


What You Bring

  • Proven hunter profile with strong B2B sales experience
  • Track record in hands-on team leadership and operational management
  • Comfortable with complex consultative sales cycles and C-level interactions
  • Strong knowledge or interest in Finance, Tax, R&D, Payroll topics
  • Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and always ready to go the extra mile
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
