Sales Team Member

We're seeking a dynamic Technical Sales professional for our Southern Europe Sales Area, based in Belgium (Liège Science Park). You'll become a key player in BEA's presence among installers and distributors while actively participating in implementing market/OEM strategies defined by our Area Sales Managers and Head of Area. Plan and organize customer and prospect visits in line with the commercial objectives for your sales area Deliver training sessions to clients, enhancing BEA’s technical credibility in the face of market standards and competitors Serve as the first point of contact for your assigned clients regarding basic technical questions, guide them toward appropriate solutions, and ensure regular follow-up Stay alert to market needs, gather and report field insights, and ensure that client feedback is acted upon by our internal teams to support BEA’s continuous development Carry out targeted commercial missions such as product, service, or accessory presentations Act as commercial support to the Area Sales Manager and/or Head of Area Relay quote requests to the relevant Area Sales Manager or Head of Area, coordinate follow-up actions to successfully close deals Bachelor's degree in business with technical mastery (electromechanics) OR Technical Bachelor's with strong commercial affinity (prospecting, customer loyalty, negotiation) OR significant B2B experience Excellent language skills: English, Spanich and French (C2 or native level) Strong training and presentation abilities for diverse audiences (technicians and sales staff) Independent worker and team player with critical thinking and methodical approach Our Culture & Benefits Join our multicultural team that values collaboration, celebration, and fun!
