Business Development Manager - Southern Europe


📍 Southern Europe (Spain / Italy / Portugal) 🏢 BEL Automotive | Full-Time | Remote About BEL Automotive BEL Automotive is a dynamic and growing player in the automotive sector, focused on delivering high-quality vehicles to car dealers across Europe. As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our presence in Southern Europe and are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the region. The Role The Business Development Manager – Southern Europe will be responsible for expanding BEL Automotive’s market footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key Southern European markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Southern Europe Identify and secure partnerships with dealerships, distributors, and automotive groups Negotiate commercial agreements Manage and grow key accounts within the region Conduct market research and competitive analysis Represent BEL Automotive at industry events and trade fairs Requirements 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, distribution, or business development Strong understanding of the Southern European automotive market Existing network within dealerships and automotive groups is a strong advantage Proven negotiation and contract management experience Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach Fluent in English; at least 1 additional Southern European language required Willingness to travel regularly within the region What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based bonus Strategic role with regional ownership Opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing automotive company Dynamic and international work environment Interested?
