Functional & Technical Project Manager


Within our Agile organization, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. You will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, translating needs into concrete configurations and deliverables.

You are experienced in managing projects and programs in both Agile and Waterfall approaches and can collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and validate acceptance criteria and readiness measures upfront.
  • Ensure a comprehensive project landscape in co-creation with all impacted parties/partners.
  • Mobilize and steer functional and technical resources in collaboration with Chapter Leads.
  • Facilitate timely decision-making among all stakeholders.
  • Maintain continuous involvement of stakeholders and partners throughout the project.
  • Ensure the solution meets business requirements and complies with organizational standards, governance, GDPR, and Cyber-Security.
  • Lead data migration strategy, mapping, cutover plans, migration scripts, and dry runs to ensure ETL quality and success.
  • Oversee comprehensive test management, ensuring adequate resources are available to prepare and execute testing, and actively follow up on progress/KPIs.
  • Ensure change management: review Target Operating Model (ToM) with Chapter Leads, implement communication, training, and transition activities.
  • Report to Sponsor and SteerCo, providing Go / No Go advice based on acceptance criteria and readiness.
  • Ensure transfer to service is designed and signed off with support stakeholders.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing Agile and Waterfall projects/programs.
  • Fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and bridge the gap between business and technical profiles.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of governance, quality standards, GDPR, and Cyber-Security.
