As European Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our business in Europe, with a strong preference for Belgium and surrounding regions. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer & Growth: Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, develop new partnerships, and drive B2B sales.
Operations & Service: Oversee after-sales service, spare parts, warranty, and customer support.
Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage inventory, imports/shipments, warehousing, PDI and last-mile delivery.
Finance & Business Management: Handle invoicing, collections, budgeting, and local P&L work with accountants on VAT/EPR compliance.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to EU homologation, insurance, contracts, and service agreements.
Leadership: Recruit, manage, and motivate local teams, service partners, and client managers.
