We employ about 2200 people in various production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Mexico, Brazil, Czechia, the Netherlands, Spain, Turkey and South Africa.

Currently we are looking for a IT Business Analyst Finance in Lummen (Belgium):

In this role, you will support the business in implementing and maintaining cost-effective technology solutions that enhance financial processes. You will be responsible for designing and documenting finance-related business processes in IFS, gathering and translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, and validating the quality of delivered IT solutions.

You will also provide day-to-day support to ensure these systems are used effectively by the business community.

Your responsibilities:

• Work closely with business teams across all departments to gather and understand business requirements.
• Lead design sessions to prototype innovative solutions that improve business processes, operations, and information flows.
• Create clear and structured solution design proposals.
• Coordinate with development teams to configure or build business applications.
• Develop and maintain test scenarios, and validate that IT solutions meet business needs.
• Support the rollout of business application architecture across the organization.
• Analyze the effectiveness of existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user manuals and training materials, and provide training to staff on both processes and tools.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Your profile:

Skills and competencies:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in IT;
• Result oriented and strong analytical capabilities;
• Attention to detail and able to work independently;
• Willing to travel and visit subsidiaries throughout the world if needed.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years' of proven experience in a similar environment;
• Knowledgeable in finance business processes;
• Experience with financial applications is a must, preferable in an international environment;
• Experience with IFS financial module is an advantage;
• Excellent written and communication skills in Dutch and English.
