IT Helpdesk L1/L2


Are you a polished, dynamic, and adaptable IT support professional ready to work in a user-facing environment?


We’re looking for an L1/L2 Support Consultant to join our team supporting users across two key sites.


Your responsibilities:

🔹 Provide L1 and L2 support in a Microsoft environment (Windows, O365, Teams, etc.)

🔹 Deliver hands-on support to end users with professionalism and clarity

🔹 Work closely with business and IT teams to resolve incidents and support daily operations

🔹 Occasionally travel to Mont-Saint-Guibert, but spend 90% of the time on-site at Grand-Bigard


Must-haves:

Trilingual (English, French, Dutch) – this is mandatory

✅ Experience in L1 & L2 IT support roles

✅ Excellent presentation and communication – this is a user-facing role where a neat appearance and confident, respectful demeanor matter

Dynamic, hands-on, resourceful, and able to adapt easily to different environments and users
