Solution Lead – Power BI

We are looking for a
Senior Solution Lead - Power BI
for a major client based in
Anderlecht
, Belgium.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding and Translating business needs into actionable requirements
• Designing and implementing data collection and analytics tools
• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards with as main sources SAP and SharePoint lists in the first instance
• Documenting technical specifications for IT handover and maintenance
• Managing development backlogs and prioritization
• Supporting change management and adoption of new data practices

Major Accountabilities

• Understanding and translating the business needs into actionable requirements
• Confirming feasibility of requirements
• Prioritizing the requirements, including change requests management
• Developing tools for generating data when needed
• Developing data management processes when needed
• Developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tools and dashboards (Power BI) facilitating decision making
• Writing technical documentation for developed tools and dashboards
• Managing access rights to tools and dashboards
• Closely collaborating with the Project Core Team and act as SPOC for IT stakeholders (IT Engineering, IT infrastructure, IT Patient Supply, ...)
• Guiding the Data Experts in data investigation and validation
• Handing over tools and dashboards once standardized
• Supporting the definition and set up of Enterprise Asset Management systems
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including demos and training

Education & Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent relevant experience
• Certification (nice to have): PowerBI, Business Intelligence related, Project Management

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant role

Competencies

• Strong data analytics and visualization skills
• Expertise in Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP analysis
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g. VBA, PowerApps)
• Familiarity with SharePoint and business process understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of EAM tools (nice to have)
