About the Role

As our Product Development Manager (PDM), you'll lead product development and improvement primarily for Bambaw, while also contributing to our sister brands, ORAVIX (oral care) and Arista Ayurveda (clean cosmetics). The product portfolio consists of durable hard goods (80%) and cosmetic products (20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive product lifecycle management from market research and product conceptualization through to successful market launch and continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate closely with brand coordinators, sourcing agents, suppliers, compliance experts, and external partners to ensure seamless product launches and updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to sustainability standards and health-safety guidelines for every product.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, efficient communication, and timely delivery of high-quality products.

At the end of the first year, success would mean having successfully launched and improved multiple new products, achieved timely product launches aligned with compliance standards, improved customer satisfaction scores, reduced coordination-related delays, and effectively collaborated with strategic manufacturing and sourcing partners.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in product development or project management with manufacturing partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods

Skills

• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes for consumer goods.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communicator with fluency in English (French is a plus).
