Responsibility Prepare tender document, handle tender clarification and evaluation, negotiation with suppliers on the pricing and other commercial terms, prepare tender report, and support contract administration, etc. Develop procurement strategy and SLA with key stakeholders for some facility management term contracts. Conduct analysis on latest market information in banking industry for service contracts such as cleaning, guarding, consultancy etc. Manage suppliers' relationship, evaluate and monitor suppliers' performance, source new consultants and contractors from time to time. Review / update the related procedures and management reporting regularly. Coordinate ad hoc project from time to time. Requirements: Degree with major in Purchasing & Supply / Engineering / Business Minimum 5 years working experience; Able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule; Experienced in budget costing, contract drafting and procurement strategy setting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Hardworking with good communication skills, negotiation skills and analytical skills Proficiency of written and spoken English, Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage. Strong sense of business ethical standards Knowledge of Oracle and Chinese editing would be an advantage.
