Le KYC Office Team Leader est responsable du pilotage opérationnel et managérial d'une équipe d'analystes KYC intervenant en 1ère ligne de défense, sur les activités d'onboarding, lifecycle et de revue clients.

Votre profil:
Formation
Master en Droit, Économie, Finance, Fiscalité, Compliance ou équivalent.
Expérience
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en KYC/AML.
Expérience confirmée dans au moins un des segments : Retail, Wealth Management, Corporate ou Institutional Banking.
Expérience en management d'équipe est un atout significatif.
Compétences techniques
Bonne maîtrise des réglementations AML/CFT, sanctions, PEP, tax compliance (FATCA, CRS), GDPR.
Solide compréhension des facteurs de risques clients et des structures complexes.
Connaissance des outils KYC et de screening (ex. World‑Check ou équivalent).
Soft skills
Leadership opérationnel et capacité à fédérer.
Esprit analytique et risk mindset.
Capacité de décision, rigueur, sens des responsabilités.
Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration transversale.
Langues
Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral). Toute autre langue est un atout.
